Certificate of recovery from COVID

It is possible to receive a certificate of recovery from COVID from Aava. It is an English-language certificate issued by Aava Medical Centre and signed by a doctor confirming that you have recovered from COVID-19. The certificate may be required for travelling, for example.

You can receive a certificate of recovery from COVID as follows:

  • Book a physical or a remote appointment with a general practitioner through our online booking system. You can also book an appointment by calling our telephone service, tel. +358 10 380 3838.
  • The doctor issues the certificate based on a description of the symptoms and the results of COVID-19 tests taken either earlier or, if necessary, in connection with the issuing of the certificate.
  • If you need a certificate for travelling, please bring your passport with you or have it ready to show to the doctor.
  • After a remote appointment, you can pick up the certificate at our nearest clinic. Please bring a photo ID with you. If you come to a physical appointment, you will be given the certificate immediately.
